iHCPL: Spring Cleaning #30

I have used the P drive quite a bit when looking through older library photos but I have never added any photos to them myself (I've never taken any library photos either so that could be a reason). As for my oldest file that I found, I my very first timesheet from 2005 that Joan Limbert (my then Circulation Manager) had sent me. I had tons of older timesheets on there that I could delete. I keep my most recent ones (for about 2 months) until I delete them, but I still kept quite a number of my old ones that I no longer need. Finding these old timesheets made me feel a bit more disorganized than I had originally thought.

iHCPL #29 Email

In both my work and personal emails, I hardly use folders besides the ones that are already on their as default ones (inbox, spam, and trash). In the future (meaning now) I will try and start creating folders to keep both my work and personal emails much more organized. For instance, if I have an email giving me a reminder about school, then I will now put that in my school folder. If I have an email about timesheets being doing, I'll put that in my timesheets folder, etc etc.

It's also amazing how many emails I never delete. Looking through my personal email, I found emails from 2006 and some from late 2005. It's interesting reading what they were about, but they were all useless. Once deleted, quite a bit of space was freed up. Hopefully I will start deleting emails once they are no longer needed.
